With the emergence of innovative products and instruments, diverse delivery channels and increasingly competitive environment, the Global Banking System needs a robust training process. The conventional training system, with its obvious limitations, may not be in a position to cope with the challenges of human capital development adequately. Institutional training will therefore have to yield place to technology driven e-learning with its interactive methods and focus on the learner. Keenly conscious of this and taking advantage of the in house expertise in the marine education, it is but a logical step for Teledata Informatics to fill the vacuum in this field.
